The warranty applies only to normal and careful use. Damage caused by careless or improper use is excluded from the warranty.

For every warranty claim, we carefully assess the cause of the issue.

If the defect results from a manufacturing or material fault occurring within the applicable warranty period, you are entitled to warranty coverage.

However, if the damage was caused by your own actions, improper use, insufficient maintenance, or external factors, no warranty claim applies.

Failure to perform maintenance, or performing it incorrectly, can lead to accelerated wear or damage. This may affect any potential warranty claim.

With every warranty claim, we assess whether the defect may have been caused by neglected or improper maintenance. If this is the case, the warranty claim may be rejected.
